Our Story

Originally opening its doors as “La Bouteille” in 2010, Tryon resident and long-time customer Della Pullara assisted with day-to-day operations of the Tryon-based beer and wine shop after owners Shelly and Fred Block decided to open a second location in Greer, SC.

Eventually, Della was given the option to take ownership and decided to re-brand the storefront as “The Tryon Bottle” in April 2017.

New ownership, new name!

In February 2018, a great location became available in the historic Missildines building just a few doors down the street, and the opportunity was seized.

With a new look, name, and location, the bottle shop on Trade Street remains a popular gathering place for locals and a source for some of the best variety of craft beer and wine in the county.
